Privacy policy

How we handle your data — in plain English.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect on acmp.io, what we use it for, and what rights you have.

Processing is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). The German version of this policy is the legally binding one.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

A.C.M.P. GmbH represented by Managing Director Alexander Mühr Plenergasse 1/6 1180 Vienna Austria

Email: dev@acmp.io Phone: +43 664 9120480

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel processes personal data on our behalf — in particular server logs containing IP address, date, time, and the requested URL. These logs serve security and operational stability only and are deleted automatically after no more than 30 days.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure delivery).

Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place.

3. Contact form

When you send us a message through the contact form on acmp.io, we process the data you provide — name, email address, optional company, subject, and your message — solely to handle your inquiry and any follow-up communication.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you grant by submitting the form.

The message is sent through our email service provider Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR; a corresponding data processing agreement is in place. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You will also receive an automatic confirmation at the email address you provided.

We store your inquiry and our correspondence for as long as necessary to handle it and, beyond that, for the duration of statutory retention obligations (in Austria up to 7 years under §132 BAO for business-relevant correspondence). The data is deleted thereafter.

4. Cookies, analytics, tracking

This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies. We use neither Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, nor comparable third-party tools.

Strictly necessary cookies that may be set as part of operation (e.g. for language preference) contain no personal data and are permissible under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Sharing with third parties

Your personal data is only transmitted to the processors named in this policy (Vercel, Resend) to provide the respective services. We do not share data for marketing or profiling purposes.

Transfers to third countries outside the EU/EEA only take place to recipients who guarantee an adequate level of data protection — in our case via the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to:

  • free information about your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • deletion of your data, unless statutory retention obligations apply (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
  • withdrawal of a given consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

7. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority:

Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde Barichgasse 40-42 1030 Vienna dsb.gv.at

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if legal frameworks change or we introduce new services. The current version is always available on this page; the date at the top indicates when it was last updated.
