Engineers who ship
Senior full-stack experience, a clear preference for TypeScript and simple architectures. You've built production systems you'd actually want to operate yourself.
Marketing operators
You think in funnels, not posts. Ideally with experience in AI-driven marketing or performance work for SaaS and e-commerce.
Generalists with depth
You can move between strategy and execution without dropping the ball. Operations, account management, project steering — the point is you do it yourself.
